Hidden Cave

Digital painting in Photoshop CC. I sketched out several ideas for layouts and picked this layout as the final. I researched images online and sampled these images for colour schemes. I painted these colours in and used textures to bring the image together. Textures were scaled up and warped to curve around rocks to give the rocks shape. A flower was added in the bottom right foreground to draw the viewer's eyes towards it. Light rays were added to show more importance to the flower and make it more interesting.
